Your employer uses EverCheck to automatically verify your licenses, certifications, and registrations (LCRs). You will receive email notifications about any soon-to-expire or expired LCRs that your employer has on record within EverCheck. The frequency at which you receive email notifications and the language within them is determined by your employer.
To update your licensure, please follow these steps:
- Renew your license, certification, or registration with the appropriate board.
- Send your updated licensure to your employer's HR department.
EverCheck can automatically verify most licenses, certifications, and registrations (LCRs) with the board within 24 hours. However, certain types of LCRs may require your employer to review them manually. If you've completed the steps above and continue to receive renewal reminder emails past the expiration date, our Support team can assist you here through our Support Center or by contacting support@evercheck.com.
