There are three ways an employee can become inactive. 

  1. First option: They were not on the employee file that was sent to update the data within EverCheck. 
  2. Second option: The license number being sent to EverCheck in the employee file is different from the license that previously existed for that employee ID. The system has removed the previous license and added the different license to the employee profile. 
  3. Third option: Someone has manually inactivated the license or certification.
