The license or credential could be unmonitored. “Unmonitored credentials” are credentials that are not verified by EverCheck, but are being tracked within the system collectively with all other licenses and certifications verified by EverCheck. These expiration dates will reflect what is in your system of record and any discrepancies may be a result of timing; if we have not received the updated employee file, then the system will reflect the most recent expiration date received. 

Finally, licenses that are ‘Not Found’ or “Invalid License Format’ are not being verified by EverCheck and their expiration dates are therefore not available from the primary source.
